To update your billing address or payment information for any of our programs, click here. Our shopping cart, ThriveCart, will ask you to input your email address and it will send you an encrypted link to your account information so that you may update your information.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY (Updated July 8, 2020).

Due to the digital nature of the content in Engaged Groups, no refunds will be given. Cancellations must be made 5 business days before a subscription renews by contacting our support team at help@engagedgroups.com. No refunds will be given if you cancel less than 4 days before a subscription renews or after a subscription payment processes.
